THE BASIC WORKOUT

NOTE:  Perform exercises at home.  This is a simply resistance program for maintenance- or- redevelopment for the initial 6 weeks. Depending upon stress and volume-Tubing exercises may be performed A Monday, B Tuesday, C Wednesday, then repeat.
